Yes. OneCode adds nothing to your theme. Shopify applies the discount at cart and checkout, so customers see ordinary discount lines wherever your theme already shows Shopify discounts.
Yes, when both discounts are set to combine. For example, during a 20% sitewide sale a $100 shirt costs $80. A creator code with 10% off the order then takes $8 more, so the customer pays $72.
